Amazed with the huge museum complex and its traditional Terengganu Malay architecture, the complex consists of several museum blocks, cultural village and fisheries gallery, where considered largest museum complex in Peninsula Malaysia. There are parking lot in front of museum complex, which can be accessed from the main gate downhill of the museum. For entering the cultural village, there is a separate counter to access the area. The museum complex exhibit all about local culture, nature, petroleum industries, fisheries, architectures and other. There are also several old houses being rehabilitated here in the Terengganu Cultural Village for visitors to enter. There also organised some cultural activities or sport for visitors to witness or even participate.

Educational experience
I never knew that Terengganu has produced so many excellent athletes such as Azizulhasni Awang. And the museum has different parts of theme like sciences, athletes, history. It was such a fun experience for me since I never got to go to museum so often.

Gorgeous Museum
Stunning buildings and beautiful grounds. Museum is falling into disrepair with peeling paint, dirty walls, disgusting bathrooms. The history and displays are lovely and full of information but need maintenance. The outdoor park was also lovely but needs maintenance.
