Dirty and Disappointing
Wow! What a difference a few years makes. We were so looking forward to visiting the Pinnacle on our trek down I-81. Last time we passed through was 2019 and we enjoyed walking around here. There are shops, restaurants, a trampoline park, a movie theatre, a Bass Pro shops, a fishing pond and small walking trail. Due to the pandemic, we skipped 2020. It had been 2 years since our last visit, but we were hoping to find it the same. We stopped in 2021 on our travels. We found the Pinnacle to be in sad shape. The pond and park areas were dirty. There was goose droppings everywhere. The Pinnacle fountain was not working. There was no shade relief from the hot sun along the walking path. We found the water to be dirty and trash littered around it. It was really a disappointment. The only highlights were watching some people fish and watching a baby duck swim with its' mother.

Poorly Designed
I was in Bristol on a stop on a road trip and found this mall to be close to the hotel I was staying at. First thing is that the traffic and how the roads are designed around it is atrocious. There are too many lights that do nothing but slow down the flow of traffic. One of the most poorly engineered driving experiences I've had in awhile. The stores are adequate enough but nothing you can't find in another mall. Nothing really stands out. I'm sure if you live in the area it is some good shopping but it is not something you should travel out of your way to see.
