1st, 2nd, and 3rd Time's a Charm
This was our 3rd time renting with H2O and each time we have had a great experience. Their prices are reasonable and Jennifer was particularly helpful when I needed to reduce my 8 hour rental to 4 hours the morning of the experience. We also have high praise for Connor, our deck hand. He was friendly and thorough in checking our pontoon and jet ski. We enjoyed our time so much the previous 2 times that we brought along some friends this time and they also had a great time! Thanks for remembering that customer service is a top priority in a service industry!

Rooky Pro!
Never been wave running before, but I can't imagine the experience being any better. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They recommend you getting there 30min before your reservation to check in and watch the safety video, which is very informative and necessary. But my group got there 10min after the reservation time because we got lost (one of the thru ways was closed). But they allowed us to keep our 2 hr window so we didn't lose our time. The lake was calm and the scenery was beautiful. The runners were very easy to operate and the prices were very reasonable. Make sure you get your math right on the weight! While the wave runners seat 3 ppl, the max weight is 450lbs. So for 2 adults and a teenager the size of an adult, we had to rent 2. I will most definitely return here in the future.

Best BOATS to Rent on DOUGLAS LAKE!
We have been coming to H2O sports since they first opened. The owner has always been so friendly and when she knows you by name it just makes you feel special. Every year they add new boats to their fleet & they keep their boats in great shape. We love having a nice boat to rent with a working radio, anchor & most importantly “no hidden fees!” That is why we continue to comeback to H2O year after year.
