We happened upon this gallery as we strolled through Copperhill during our train layover. This gallery is unique among the shops in the area because it showcases original work of professionals artists, rather than mass-produced imported nick-knacks. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The gallery opened in October 2018, so it is not well known (yet), but is well worth a visit.

Quality local art in small, friendly setting
Small gallery with friendly ownership/staffing features paintings, ceramics from local artists. Not the largest selection, but better than so many shops that are 3/4 full of China-made resin kitsch. Found a lovely small painting here than hangs prominently in our cabin, and may come back for more. Worth a walk across the river and up the street if you're in from the train; worth a stop if just passing through.
