Great time, every time.
We have used this outfitter for many years and have always had a great time. Very nice friendly staff. Wil was our guide this year and did a great job ensuring we had a safe and enjoyable time on the river. Carlos is one heck of a bus driver among his many other responsibilities. Julie has always been a pleasure to deal with and Jewlz gets our reservations lined out like the pro that she is. We always have a large group of family and friends and paying the bill from many different people so this is sometimes confusing but always handled great. We had to cancel last year due to a sudden death in my immediate family and not only was our refund quick and without problems, when I called this year to book they remembered our previous situation and offered condolences. This type of personal interaction is just one more this that makes them stand out with us. We have a large group that camps there also and we always have a great time and enjoy the atmosphere. A slight warning to those that are looking for complete serenity and wilderness camping this isn't it, which for this weekend every year is great for us. Music, food and imbibing are the norm and we wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks again ya'll!

An amazing bachelorette party.
Came with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and AU REALLY delivered! I really appreciate AU accommodating us after our late arrival due to a flat tire. The outpost was so neat. Great shaded parking. Good bath house. And a very cool outdoor canteen/bar area. I’ve done the Ocoee with another rafting company but this was the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend doing the full Ocoee experience with lunch. The lunch was substantial for a day on the river! Josh Lemon (our guide) did an amazing job customizing this trip to just the “right amount” of “wild” we wanted to get while keeping us feeling very safe. He was a wealth of knowledge on the area and the history of TVA. Very interesting for a bunch of engineers on this trip! I would request him again as our guide.
