   We had Gabe! He was awesome. He was so willing to make sure all of us had a blast. He pulled out all of the tricks with letting us “ride the waves” and all kinds of craziness to make sure we experienced it all. We will be back August 13 with a group of 10 senior boys and all of mommas and we hope that High Country has their “A” game on to show us what fun can be had on the river.    The guides tell you exactly what to expect and how to maneuver everything to ensure everyone has a good time and also remain safe while doing so. Aaron has been our guide twice and he is very good. I would totally recommend Cherokee rafting in general if you want to try white water rafting and also I recommend Aaron as a guide but it did seem that all of their guides were good at what they do. We had enough people for two boats and the people in the other boat also had a good experience with Josh. We hope to go at least once per summer and will request Aaron again if he’s available.    The wife and I booked a tour with this company and it was amazing!!! We lucked out and got Maggie as a guide. OMG! You should request her. I would recommend her as a guide because she will allow you to do things things that most guides won’t try. We performed 360’s, drop surfings (we got pulled in 4 times at Double Suck which was truely an awesome experience) that just left other guides in awe. We got some some MAJOR splash time thanks to Maggie. The facilities are good with curtained changing stalks for women. The store was full of shirts and last minute essentials.    Took the mid Ocoee tour. It took about three hours. Six of us in the raft with the guide Ky. Ky knew the river really well and guided in a way that had us navigate it safely while still getting wet and having lots of excitement in an adventure on the river. The staff was all very friendly and we were happy to go with a family owned outfit rather than one of the large outfitters - this also saved us o about $20 per person!    This is a first class white water rafting team. The booking team is responsive and courteous. The guides are professional and personable. The overall experience was amazing. Recommend Matt as a guide, he has a great demeanor with all ages, explained what to expect prior to each set of rapids and provided clear and concise directions to allow the raft to get the best experience.    Ocoee watersports is my favorite outfitter on the entire Ocoee river. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to go down either section of the river. The owners and guides are pillars of the river community worldwide. If you want to go with experienced guides that have a deep knowledge of the history of the Ocoee river, and know how to provide a rad experience from the moment you set foot in the front door, I would highly recommend booking a trip with this company. Not only that but you can even come and take an early morning trip then rent a variety of paddle boards and inflatable kayaks to take your family or someone special out on parksville lake for an evening float.    We took our 4th trip down the middle section of the Ocoee River with the NOC. I am still amazed at how they can provide a different experience each time we raft with them. Jeremy, our raft guide, was tuned into our interest and provided the best trip we've had yet. He shared inforamtion about the river, the damns and how it all works. We made our reservations by phone this time and it was as breeze. The friendly, informative service representative was very helpful in getting us set for the following day. She reminded me the trips go rain or shine before finally booking the trip for us just be sure we understood our commitment. Arriving at the NOC checkin for the Ocoee, we were surprised by the new facilities. We checked in with a great, friendly crew, had our medical screening, signed our waivers, and were directed to the trip talk area.
