After stopping to see the Bald River falls we decided to take the drive all the way through the mountains. It was a wonderful drive. We completely enjoyed it. If you find somewhere that has a map I would highly suggest it. I just wish the maps would have had more information on them I. Regards to what could be seen at each point, how far till you would be able to get food, where you could stope for a picnic or where it was safe to hike. I almost forgot which side of the road the look out points will be on. We didn’t have any cell service while on this drive so please please have a map. We didn’t get lost because I had a brochure with a small map. But didn’t know how long of a drive it was going to be. Have fun and enjoy it. See more..
