    Great park
I was riding a bicycle in the morning there few times, when I was in Tel Aviv. Fantastic green place with a river, well maintained. Great for outdoor activities.

A buzzing fun park for both adults and kids especially on a lovely sunny day!
The Yarkon park is a long park which follows the yarkon river on both sides. Lots of fun activities for both adults and kids are offered (in particularly on a Saturday). You can hire regular bicycles, or bicycles for two or even bicycles for four.... this is what we did and it was lots of fun. The cost for hiring a bicycle for two or four is 80 shekels for half an hour.... It was plenty.... In addition, you can hire motor boats (I think around 130 for half an hour) or paddle boats for 80 shekels per half an hour. If that isn't enough, there is mini golf on the otherside of the river, beautiful walks along the river in both directions. However, if you walk southward you will reach the lovely Tel Aviv port which is full of trendy restaurant, cafes, a gorgeous food market, an arts and crafts market (which is open on Saturday only) and expensive designer shops. For the little kids, there are plenty of playgrounds of all kinds and for those who have dogs, there is a speical 'dog playground'. This is a buzzing and pretty park on the weekend. Israeli's love to jog and bike ride here and so you have to watch out that you don't walk on the bike path as you could get run over!! This is a lovely day out for both adults and kids... Enjoy!
