An amazing exhibition - "The Ball".

The museum featured an amazing exhibition called "The Ball" on 5 different galleries, with an emphasis on prom dresses - from their first days until modern design. The exhibition is mind-boggling and you should definitely not miss it. Ticket is apx. 9USD.

    Innovative designs in beautiful space
Beautiful contemporary architecture, helpful staff, not crowded. Exhibits change every few months, and the exhibits on display when we visited were a mixed bag. Some were pretentious and ultra-woke (not my taste), but all were thought-provoking. The selections from the permanent collection about innovative materials were excellent. As the name of the museum implies, all the exhibited works have a practical angle to them, which I enjoyed. There were excellent explanations throughout in both Hebrew and English. Another plus: The museum adhered very strictly to Ministry of Health regulations re: Covid-19. It was a pleasure to visit.

    Maybe more science than design
We went there with 3 kids. Not so exciting for children but at least there was a small room to do some crafts stuff. The exhibition seemed to me more scientific than design. The staff in the museum were a little annoying. The architecture is very interesting. Adult 35, teenagers 30, kids under 11 yeras 20 shekels.
