Both 台湾好行慈湖线(from zhongli station) and小乌来线(from taoyuan station) stop here. A calm lake surrounded by statues of some great respected men in assorted sizes. Even for those like me who are not into history, it is still very pleasant to stroll around the lake and take pictures. Within walking distance is the 大溪花海and the love story building

Chiang's final resting place
In days gone by, it was assumed that Cihu Mausoleum was the Temporary Resting Place of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek and that his remains would be repatriated to mainland China for burial when the Kuomintang recovered the mainland. This has not happened, and now the Cihu Mausoleum is likely to be Chiang's final resting place. The mausoleum is a peaceful place, it's welll worth a visit. Chiang was one of the 20th century's significant figures who won little credit for taking the fight to the Japanese in the Second Sino-Japanese War.
