Superb cab service in kodaikanal
We hired cab online from Kodai Cabs (kodaicabs.com, 9487005111, 9865076671 , 8248608745, 8098752515) from 26th December 2019 to 31st December 2019 for travel from Coimbatore Airport to Kodaikanal, for sightseeing at Kodaikanal, and for drop from Kodaikanal to Coimbatore Airport.The company owner Shri. Sohaib Rahuman B was highly courteous and accommodating in spite of the fact that we never met him but only had telephonic conversations with him. He was very helpful and gentle and had given us a high class treatment in all respect. His company's cab hiring rates were also much cheaper than most of his competitors in the city. All car/SUV, we hired from this company were excellent and further to mention that the Driver of Kodai Cabs were also reliable and most of them could speak in English. It was great experience, hiring Cabs from this company.

Great Experience
will like to place on record the excellent customer services rendered to me and my family during our stay. My name is Iyer Naganath Subramanian Customer no 39573. At Sterling Kodai Lake, two persons need excellent commendation and praise. Mr. Prabhu at the Front Office and Ms. Ramneek at the Canteen. Mr. Prabhu right from the time we booked the stay till we left ensured excellent customer service and great hospitality. Speaks volumes for Sterling's customer service and human touch. Ms. Ramneek was just excellent beyond imagination. Always smiling with a keen desire to serve all the guests were here hallmark. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, Ramneek was present and all the time ready to attend, serve, provide options and leave all of us with an unforgettable experience. Kudos to both them. They require special awards. At Kodai Balley, it was Mr. Ramesh at the Dining Hall. Was always present taking care of all of us, suggesting menus, options, catering personally to our tastes and ensuring each time we had an excellent experience. Honesty and integrity were something we could experience. Finally, the driver Mr. Pandian who picked us from the Madurai airport and was with us on most of the days till he dropped us back to the airport. Extremely punctual, always smiling, had a wealth of knowledge about tourist spots, a guide and an excellent photographer who drove well and paid the highest attention to hygiene especially important during these Covid times. My deep sense of gratitude to each of them.... Prabhu, Ramneek, Ramesh and Pandian. Expressing my deep satisfaction to these employees who made our holidays a HEAVENLY EXPERIENCE.
