Incredible lake at the end of gorge

The lake is located at the end of Besh Tash gorge. It’s 45 kms from Talas city: 15 kms to the entrance of the gorge then 30 kms to the lake following the gravel road by the river. The gorge and the lake is incredible. Best time to visit is from end of May till End of September. Because there are not many tourist you will feel yourself in wild nature. Gorge has river and alpine forest. Place is safe for tourists. Best if you go there camping for overnight stay.

An alpine lake on the Besh-Tash mountain range on the way to Tokogul
The alpine lake is not so easy to get to but its possible. Make sure you bring all necessary things because the weather can change at any moment and your really out there. The lake it's self is at 3000m and if the weather is nice you can see the deep blue lake. People say that you can fish there but i did not have time. Its worth seeing if you have time when your going to Osh or to Tokogul.
