A nice family park with a children's fenced in playground and a large grassy area for soccer etc. There are also benches and tables in an open area, many of which are shaded by trees.

    small and calm
    a good place to take the smaller children. no swings but nice climbing for multiage. padded surface and completely shaded. bathrooms are usually pretty clean. most parking is used by the soccer players on the field but it is an easy walk from the center of sunny isles beach

    Parking was a nightmare, but Park is very nice
    Kids sometimes play soccer here and while the park is nice parking was a nightmare. If the church is in session they won't let you park on that street and that really makes it even harder.
