This was by far the best trailriding experience I have ever had. As a horseback rider, it can be frustrating to take trail rides where either a) everyone just walks along at a slow pace or b) non-riders are made to trot and canter when they are not comfortable doing so. On this ride, I was able to take the reins (no pun intended) and canter out in the open in a big field while my boyfriend, who does not ride, stayed along the fenceline at a walk with the trail guide. They do their best to accommodate you and your group's needs. Worth the 2-hour trip from Dallas, in my opinion, for an authentic trail riding experience. We took a 1-hour ride, I'd expect that you'd see even more scenery on a longer ride. Highly recommend. Want to go back in the future for a longer ride.
