Very good exhibition
The exhibition is very good and informative. There is a good mixture of text and “spoken” information. Enough spoken to bring the stories to life, but not so much it felt like a take too much time. Most of the information is also in English for us, who are not so strong in German.

Fascinating museum
This is one of the most interesting museums I have ever visited! You really get an authentic experience of what it was like to be an emigrant leaving his/her home to go across the world seeking for a better life. You can listen to a lot of different stories and in particular one example stamped on your "boarding pass". Two hours was not enough for this side of the museum! I had to run through the immigrant part describing lives of people who came to Germany in the 1970's.
