Lovely secluded beach, crystal clear waters, nice taverna.
Really nice quiet beach with crystal clear water, nearby taverna does good selection of food and drink. We walked from Patitiri and took us about 35 mins from top of town. Really nice pebble beach in sheltered bay, the sun beds are €7 a day with an umbrella for shade. The nearby taverna does a good selection of snacks and meals as well as drinks, including soft drinks, beer and wine. There is background music at the bar area but away from that it is quiet. Ideal for snorkelling and swimming.

Bar charges for sunbeds but lovely bay
We walked from Patitiri via Votsi on a hot day. Having been lulled into a false sense of security by the other islands we assumed wrongly that as we were buying drinks from the bar that it would be free to sit down. I was slightly peeved when the barman added the 7 euro charge into my bill. He hadn’t mentioned it, funnily enough, when I arrived and he took my drinks order and I said we would sit on the sunbeds!!! My fault for not asking, but be warned. The bay is beautiful, the water clear, plenty of fish if you are snorkelling. It was fairly empty when we went, 26th May.

Beautiful Bay but why does the Taverna think it needs to be a Sports Bar
This is our favourite Greek hideaway but you need to learn the best spot. Beautiful water you can snorkel in the shallows along the headlands esp the northern one without getting too far from shallow water. The Taverna is a fairly recent addition and although the sunbeds are welcome on the pebbly beach the loud music sadly is out of character and spoils the piece and quiet if you sit close by. Clearly a fav anchorage for some very expensive yachts.
