lovely beach for a swim
this is a great calm beach for swimming. not really for snorkeling though. not a lot of shade - you have to sit at a restaurant to access the umbrellas and can do so for free if you order something. cant imagine it on cruise day though......

Visited almost every day
We were staying in town in Crucecita so this was our nearest beach, 15 min walk, or 7 pesos on a 5 min bus ride. Lovely beach, we’re you can spend the day, under shade for the price of a couple drinks. Check the day of visit as cruise ships come in and it gets very busy. The stores away from the beach are interesting, there is a market by the cruise terminal. Saturday is a fresh food market and usually good street entertainment.
