A Ruin
We followed the address and we found a ruin of a house so it must be the ruine of "het Huis te Riviere". It's hidden behind the modern building, the Schiedam theatre

Uninteresting clump of bricks
These is barely anything left of the Huis te Riviere castle. Only a clump of bricks taht was once part of it donjon and it's tucked away behing modern buildings. The only nice feature is the bronze statue of a medieval woman representing the lady that built the castle. Nearby, there is only a plaque showing the map of how the castle once sprawled the area. Therefor, a special visit to this location has little merit unless you have a special interest in the history of this place.
