Passage, South Holland Province, The Netherlands
4.0 (330 reviews) Spent Ranking #18 in The Hague Shopping Malls
Stylish, historical and with an Apple Store!
De Passage is the oldest still operational covered shopping mall in the Netherlands and a very beautiful one, reminiscent of similar arcades in e.g. Italy. It is a state monument and was fully restored to its original splendor in 2007, whereas the glass roof was renewed in 2017. In 2014 a magnificent Apple Store was opened here, enabled by bookshop de Slegte willing to move their activities to a different place (for a good price, no doubt).

A beautiful street with unique shops in the centre of Den Haag
This is a hidden little gem of a street. It has a very exclusive and upper class feel with a wonderful selection of shops. From a large Apple store to Wok kitchen shop, you will be lost in the shops for hours. There are lots of unique and Dutch items to be found in this Passage along with a great place to get a coffee or a bite to eat. Would definitely recommend heading here if you want to get away from the usual high street shops.

Rather surprising
I was surprised to discover this hidden gem. I used to live for a short period in The Hague but I was mostly in other districts. During my last trip in Jan I discovered the Passage and I liked it instantly. Kinda reminds of the shopping centre in Milano.
