    Awesome fun!
We visited Attractiecentrum earlier this year on our last visit to my wife's home turf and it was a really good way to spend an afternoon! The go-karting was obviously the highlight but the sumo-wrestling provided the biggest lol's. The indoor go-kart here in NZ are weak by comparison, really liked the two level layout particularly the hairpin at the bottom of the ramp. Embarrassingly, my father-in-law and my wife kicked my butt (I think they secretly they had some practice laps the day before...) It's well worth detouring here if you have time in your holiday schedule; if you live in Holland, you have no excuse! Good times!

    Very good karting
Attractiecentrum Zoetemeer is an activity center situated in a large building. You can do many "sports" here including sumo wrestling (in a suit), gladiator fights (with fake swords) and more. We were here for Karting. Karting is racing along an indoor track with a type of motorised buggy. You have to pay 12 EUR for 12 minutes of playing. To be able to use a discount coupon though, you had to become a member first for 2 EUR per person. You can create your membership fairly easy at the entrance of the center. The karting itself is quite an experience. First you get safety instructions which is about the different types of flags you might see while racing and what they mean. Second, you put on a bandana, suit and helmet and your ready to go racing. The karts are a bit hard to control, if you push the speed pedal, you go very fast almost immediately, and you almost immediately stop when you push the halt pedal, which can get quite hard to get the hang of. The race track itself is quite challenging with multiple sharp turns and slopes, but the karts are quite bump-resistent and when you get stuck, one of the staff nearby quickly comes to your rescue. At the end, you can sit and drink at the horeca upstairs. In conclusion, the karting was a unique and fun experience that you definitely won't forget!
