Worry free day on Lake Jocassee - with Keowee -Jocassee rental pontoon hire.

Very helpful and worked with our needs. There were 6 in our group, suggested the size pontoon that would suit our needs based on what we stated we wanted to do. Honest, didn't try to overcharge us with something we didn't need. We had 3 dogs (pets allowed) for an extra fee. Choice of how many hours we wanted to hire. Pontoon in the water ready for us, and staff there to greet us on the day. Quick education on the running of the pontoon, ( not complicated). Cooler provided which we didn't know beforehand. Minor issue. Had no issues the whole day and had great time. Staff at the dock when we came back in. Only pay for fas used. Great day, highly recommended company.

Money well spent!
From the moment we called to inquire about a last-minute 1/2 day pontoon rental (July 5th) to the time we stepped off of the boat (July 7th), we received superior customer service from Jocassee Keowee Rentals! Stephanie has excellent interpersonl skills and she went above and beyond to accommodate us; even offered to help us with loading our stuff (cooler, towels, etc.) onto the boat. My husband and I fell in love with the tranquility of lake Jocassee and ended up extending our rental for an entire "peaceful" day to picnic (tomato sandwiches), explore the coves, and breathtaking waterfalls. The company is in the process of updating its website to accommodate online reservations. In the meantime, if you are a first time customer, like myself, the only thing I can recommend is ask whoever you are speaking with for a confirmation text or email with any instructions you are not clear on (address, parking info, time, etc.). Our cell phone reception was horrible in Oconee County and it wasn't until I completely lost a signal did I realize I had not asked enough questions during my initial call. All was not lost though, I finally picked up one bar on my cell phone signal right at the entrance to Devils Fork State Park which was enough to text Stephanie and she communicated everything I needed to know.

We took a private tour of Lake Jocassee waterfalls with lunch and were so happy at the end of the day. It was perfect. Our tour guide and owner of the company was so much fun. She went above and beyond our expectations. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the lake, wildlife and history of the area, she is a great story teller. Thanks Stephanie.
