Annual holiday to Rhodes staying locally a th Lindos Memories Hotel
Situated on a hilltop and surrounded by an enchanting bay and pristine beach, the fishing village of Lindos is famous for both its historical and natural beauty. Unwind at mythical St. Paul’s Bay before visiting the Acropolis of Lindos, the Lindos Archaeological Museum, and other historical sites in the area. Donkey rides are a traditional mode of transport here and remain a popular way of climbing the village’s steep hills. Driving and parking can be challenging, especially in the summer, so consider taking a ferry or a catamaran to Lindos or getting a bus from Rhodes Town. – Tripadvisor

Highly recommended visit
Lindos village is beautiful and well worth a visit. We went late afternoon and spent the evening here. The village is small and can become extremely hot and uncomfortable during the day, hence the reason for the evening trip and well worth it. The village lights up at dusk and the views from the roof top bars are amazing. The walk to the acropolis is fairly easy and you are also rewarded with spectacular views. Just be careful of the hornets, they don't half pack a punch if bitten. There is plenty of restaurants with roof top options to choose from so that you can enjoy a relaxing evening with wonderful surroundings. Highly recommend a visit as it has an authentic Greek feel to the place.

Beautiful place
recently back from a week's holiday here. Lovely place with lots of small streets with plenty shops and eateries to visit. You can hire paddle boards, pedalos and kayaks at the beach for 30 mins or an hour's hire which was good fun. take ear plugs as there is an outdoor theatre and there was a concert on one night whilst we were there which went on until 5.30am! And been a small place, sound travels so even though we were no where near the place it was still noisy. Thankfully it was just that one night and didn't ruin the rest of the holiday and I would certainly go back.
