What a fun and different outing
We spent a delightful hour here learning much about the flora and fauna of Rhodes. It was fascinating how many plants were and are still used in medicine. The owner gives it an extra special touch by explaining things himself, and one can really see his enthusiasm and zeal for Rhodesian culture. There has been a lot of work done to make this quaint museum enjoyable and informative for all. There is a nominal entry fee. Highly recommend it for everyone except families with children under 5 years of age--too many chances to get hurt for little, wandering fingers.

Very fair price and friendly curator. A spot not to miss
The owner of the museum was super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. All photos and artefacts are his own with a gallery available on his website with more. He was very enthusiastic about everything and explained very interesting facts in perfect English. The museum itself is tiny but there is so much to see and learn about, and the location is close to the main eucalyptus street for good food and drinks.
