An interesting little museum
This museum charts the history of dairy farming in the Soca Valley and looks at the history of the local cheese manufacture Although this sounds a bit niche, it is infarct an interesting insight into local history and the social impacts of political changes in the region over the past 150 years or so Well worth a short visit.

Interesting little cheese museum
There's not a lot to the museum, but the 15-minute film is worth the admission. You will learn about the region, their cows, and their process of cheese-making. You can buy some of their products there, or across the road in the supermarket. Very tasty! The museum is across from the long blue building across the highway from the town. We wondered what it was for, now we know!

Cheese making history in the region
The museum opens only if visitors ring the door bell. Loved the film because it doesn't explain the technicallities of how cheese is made but rather explains the history of cheese making in the region. The woman who opened the museum for us also recommended other places to visit. The vacuum packed cheeses on sale at the entrance withstand lengthy travel.
