Central District Library, Shagonar (Шагонар), Tuva Republic, Russian Siberia.
Shagonar (Шагонар) is a full one hour plus drive West from Kyzyl, the capital city of the Tuva Republic in Russian Siberia. I came here with friends who live in Kyzyl to attend a meeting. We had some difficult finding the location of the meeting and happened upon this small library. We went in and were given directions. I wanted to put this post up to honor and to salute the City of Shagonar (Шагонар) and its small library.
