NOT a wildlife sanctuary, a walking trail
This area is NOT a wildlife sanctuary. It is a nice paved walking/jogging trail that is shaded. We did not see any monkeys or boars during our walk but it was a nice place to walk. It suddenly started raining and we didn’t have an umbrella so keep the weather in mind if you’re venturing outdoors here or actually anywhere in KL.

Sanctuary? NO!!
This is not a sanctuary, it's a secondary jungle and since development is all around, the monkeys/boars/monitor lizards have limited places to go to and look for food, so they start to go to houses to look for food and some being "such a good sport" would then bring left overs or fruits (but some buy peanuts) to these monkeys and boars. However being irresponsible, most of the visitors or those good sport usually leave rubbish at the site as if the monkeys or boars know that they are supposed to throw the rubbish in the appropriate places. PLEASE stop feeding them!! If you really cannot stop yourself from feeding them, then do the whole thing, feed them, wait till they finish, collect the rubbish and throw them in the bins or take home and throw them in your bins. It used to be so clean, serene and safe walking, jogging, running in the evenings, now not as clean as it used to be, it is still safe despite the monkeys and boars BUT please be reminded they are still WILD animals, please be very careful!
