Great place to park right in Scituate Harbor

Great place to park right in Scituate Harbor. Can walk to nearby restaurants and shops. We even walked along the Harbor Walk by Museum Beach all the way to the Scituate Lighthouse. There are many plantings maintained by the garden clubs and businesses. Lots of great views of boats/harbor and the lighthouse. There didn't appear to be a charge to park there (we were there late afternoon in August close to dinner time).

    Parking Lot and Businesses There
    Cole Parkway is the parking lot behind Front Street. There is always ample parking and it's a gem because there are no fees to park here. The lot floods in the wintertime. There's a gazebo where you can get some shade and watch the water. The lot is full of vendors at Heritage Days.

    What? This is a parking lot!
    Why is this on the "attractions" list??? It's a parking lot... no really, just a parking lot, you can see boats from here, AND the back door of the CVS .Good times. 3 stars is all i can give, even for a lovely parking lot adjacent to the ducks and boats, within walking distance to bars/resturants/ movie theater (currently playing something nobody wants to see, as usual).
