Disappointed...
We booked a trip from Lübeck to Travemünde hoping to enjoy the river, the fresh air and views from one city to another. The boat was crowded and we had to sit downstairs inside where it was hot with no air. I wish I had known before as I would not have paid 12.50€ to spend 1.5 hours in such uncomfortable conditions. The crew was not very friendly and appeared to dislike their work.

Very unfriendly staff
The travel lasts 1,5 hour and is supposed to be a pleasurable experience. We had to stay in the lower deck because the upper was full because of a group. Strangely enough most of the lower deck tables were reserved for a group that never showed up so we had to accomodate ourselves in a small table by a window. When the heat was almost unbearable I wasn't allowed to lower the curtain and nobody was ready to do anything about it. The staff was totally unfriendly, like if they were working for free and they did not care at all about the customers. Nobody smiled. Next time I'd better take the train to go to Travemünde.
