Good show!!!!
We rented a pontoon boat from Powerhead Rentals last week when were were in Saskatchewan. We had a blast on the lake. I have rented many boats and houseboats in the past and this was by far the best service and quality of gear I have had the pleasure of using. The equipment was in great state and was very reliable. The husband and wife running this new business were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. If you are in Regina beach and want to spend the day on a lake, this is the place to go. Thank you for everything and taking the extra time to get what we left behind back to us. Excellent service and rental price was very reasonable compared to others.

WORST Customer Service Ever - Absolutely DISGUSTING
They messed up the booking for my wife's birthday last year giving my rented boat away after confirming multiple times, so said they would make it up to us this year giving us 50% off. They had the audacity to change their mind and not honour the 50% off, I booked anyway, then they somehow managed to give both of the boats I said I'd want to reserve away and I had no reservation for the 2nd year in a row for my wife's birthday. Customer Service so bad you'd almost wouldn't believe it. Like the previously reviewer said they never answer their phone (1/10 times if you're lucky), or respond to emails. Worst business ever and they ruined my wife's birthday 2 years in a row. I hope Karma catches up with them in the worst way.

Very disappointed
They’ve never returned our $1000 deposit following our rental, back in early September 2020, and additional charges to our credit card after the fact we’re unverified and suspicious. We have called and left messages but no one has called us back or responded. Beware!
