Awful boat renting experience
Only a 1 star because I can’t put 0 stars. . Can’t even begin to describe how awful their customer service is. . There was a miss communication between myself and one of the owners there. They failed to tell me I would have to pay $1500 deposit. For a 2 hour boat rental. . They were shocked that my husband said ok sure. She looked at him and said you actually have $1500. (Way to be judged ) Then they go off to say we have to pay an extra amount because we booked it wrong. All I know is I booked it for a few hours. As there website says $75/ hour. - long story short. They made us feel unworthy of renting their boats. And they didn’t want our service. there was nothing friendly nor kind about these people —- renters beware !
