interesting
to be a 'national' museum it is ... let's say ... minimal. However it is worth the visit (half an hour) because the guide (included in the very cheap entrance fee) will show interesting pieces of the colonial times and some terrific abuses of that times. The fort itself is to be visited.

Tbe National Museum
I gave visited national and cultural museums in Mali, Senegal, Ghana And now Sao Tomé. The best if the bunch was the one in Bamako. The standards match the budgets and the standards of training of the administrators and curators in question. Having said that they are, for me at the least, always worth the visit. Go and see and learn!
