My husband and I did two dives with Dive Tribe and we couldn't recommend it more! As a dive instructor, I dealt with dozens of dive schools both while teaching and as a guest and I can safely say that the Dive Tribe operation and staff could not be more professional, the latter being also very friendly. They picked us up at our hotel on time, provided us with dive gear in excellent condition, delivered comprehensive dive briefings and guided us through some very beautiful dive sites (I recommend Furnas as one to explore). Sipson picked me up at my hotel and drove/guided me on the path to the southern end of the island. We saw plantations, old factories, fishing villages, the big dog rock, many different types of trees and fruits that grow here and we saw the island where the equator goes through. We stopped at two beaches and gave me time to swim but I just walked in the water. The beaches are beautiful here! Lunch in a local restaurant was included. Sipson drives well and safely. Para mim a mais bonita e completa cascata de ambas as ilhas
com bastante agua, não é muito alta mas é a mais larga e bonita de todas as cascatas
Algumas cascatas tinham pouca agua perdendo sua beleza
Esta tem muita abundancia de agua, tem rochas acessíveis, onde podemos tirar belíssimas fotos
Passamos pelo meio de um terreno cultivado
Tem um café com esplanada que serve miradouro
è tao encantadora, consegue se conciliar com o mar

There are plenty of view points to have a look at it from different angles, but you can also walk there. You should use a guide tough, because you can get lost and there could be black mambas around. I went to the Isla Roles for the mark of Equator, but it was far better than that. A short trip through equatorial jungles with a local guide. Fantastic view and pictures on the Zero Mark. The mark is a cross of the Greenwich meridian and Equator, it's a Zero mark of the Globe. Afterwards the guide took me to a lovely secluded beach and served fresh lunch under the trees. We went to the NP for a day's birding with a guide from Sao Tome company Navetur (he was Laudino - excellent!). You need some stamina to spend a day here - it's hard walking,especially in the heat & humidity and due to the heavy forest cover it's really hard to spot the birds, even with a good guide, but rewarding when you do, especially the endemic species. It was raining when we came there, but despite that the view was great, very dramatic. Unfortunately couldn’t go down due to the weather conditions. Nearby just at the exit from the main road is a very good fish restaurant. It’s nameless, when we asked for the name the response was “Mirador”. Guys go to the sea I. The morning and grill the catch of the day. We had fantastic octopus and two kinds of fish, three sides, two bears and soft drink. Paid £25. Excellent quality! See more..

The about 30m high waterfall is attractive due its location in the middle of a lot of greenery, otherwise it is a waterfall as so many others all over the world. Had a fantastic visit with Claudio. He is so interesting and passionate about his subject. We tried the same chocolate four times at one point to get our taste buds working - and it's true the taste on the fourth time was different to the first. He told me all about the plantations, and the process - where the ingredients came from etc. I could have stayed there all day! I also bought a lot of chocolate and it's the best I have ever eaten.
