Beautiful...
I know it’s just a tree, but we love history and historical things. If that’s what you love, you definitely need to visit the Wedding Oak. It’s absolutely majestic. The branches are as large as a regular tree trunk, and have grown into each other and out again. It’s right at the edge of the right of way for the road, with the marker being inside the field next to it. They have had to cut branches off, to keep the roadway safe, but many new branches are growing from the cut places. It’s a beautiful, beautiful oak.

Well worth going to see
I found this on the way to Beveridge suspension bridge. It is a couple of miles outside town on China Creek Road. Well worth a stop to read the historical marker. Beautiful huge oak tree. Definitely go on to see Beveridge bridge if you come to see this oak tree. It is less than a mile further out.

Good attraction!
Its just a tree on the side of the road with a short historical marker. But, it's worth seeing. The size of this tree is impressive.
