    Whale Watching.
Took a ships tour out to see the whales.and did we see them, hudreds all around the boat, mothers and babies spouting, and flapping their tales.Amazing. Then walked into town,a pleasant walk along the sea front, which is really being improved with well shaped trees and flowering bushes.Still ways to go,but I’m sure it will be done soon.Stopped near the town, and bought a drink...juice....and sat under an umbrella and watched the world go by....very relaxing. Went into a “jewelry “ shop on the way back to the ship.Delightful gentleman helped us,not pushy at all.Id go back there and tour next time.

    Samana Bay small but nice
This was a nice stop over for the day. I wouldn't spend much more time than that here. The Bay itself is nice, with a few attractions you can take out on the Bay. Took the catamaran out of the Bay for the day. The first stop had some fish but the water wasn't very clear. The second stop didn't have many fish at all but the there was a beach you could swim toward.
