Cave Bay
I just got back from Barbados and stayed in a villa near this east coast beach. The beach is one of the most unique I have ever seen. The natural coral breakwall allows for the perfect pool of crystal clear water to swim and float in. Both times that we walked there it was tourist-free. The shelling here is the best I have come across on two visits to Barbados. If you are staying on or near the east coast, I would highly recommend a leisurely morning or afternoon of sunbathing and swimming at Cave Bay.

Nice beach
Really lovely beach, was very quiet the day we visited, only 1 other couple there, no food or refreshments available do if you are there for the day bring your own. Nice pools to swim in and very clear waters
