4th of July Stay

The pool was excellent. The pool staff was excellent. The front desk staff was horrible. You only get one chance to make a good first impression-they need customer service training. Rooms are older, but clean. Housekeeping staff was great. Most disappointing was the spa. Tried to book a massage the day we arrived for any time during our five day stay. There were ZERO appointments available. I was told they book out two months in advance, and if I used a third party to book our stay, that’s the problem. Very unfriendly, and RUDE. Location was awesome, and the fireworks were spectacular.

    Day at Safety Harbor
    My sister was coming to visit. I have had sevices at safety harbor in the past and thought it would be fun. I called to book services and the person I spoke with was less then freindly. I just over looked it and still booked facials and massages. we had sometime in between and booked a bath and lunch.They were short stafted and it took a long time to get our food. When it did come it was not very good. I would not eat there again. Very dissapointed
