A perfect way to Spend a Relaxing Day
This place was a wonderful experience! Many things to do from touring the coffee factory & chocolate museum to walking the grounds and just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Tasting opportunities for both the coffee and chocolate. The best feature of this place was the beer garden! It was an open air restaurant/beer garden with hammocks & swings along with tables for you to enjoy your beer and food. Lots of local and international craft beer options to choose from. Bottles and draft available. The food was pretty good but the atmosphere was what will have me visiting any time I head to Antigua! Bonus: They rent bikes to ride the local single track for only 5Q an hour! So grab a bike and hit the trails and then enjoy a post ride beer and snack! If you’re lucky there will be some live music on the stage as well.

    Loved it!
I arrived with a friend on a Sunday and the entry fee was 20q, but for 75q we could enter and take a tour which was definitely worth it! I don’t know what the tour schedule is, but there’s no fee to enter on weekdays. Manuel was a fantastic tour guide and clearly an expert on coffee! We had the option to take the tour in English or Spanish and if really was really interesting! Manuel walked us through the coffee museum and then we went out to the finca. What a beautiful place! The gift shop has a nice selection of gifts, and the outdoor restaurants, cervecería, café, etc are fantastic! I ended up spending 7 hours at the finca on Saturday, because it was such a nice atmosphere. There are activities for kids, hammocks to lounge in, a band played music, and there’s plenty of food and drinks to choose from. I definitely plan to go back again! Also, I want to add that the staff were exceptionally nice. The tour guide, Manuel, was very professional and interesting. The staff at all of the shops and restaurants were fantastic! The cervecería was super busy so it did take awhile to get our drinks, but three different servers checked on us in the meantime and apologized for the delay. The staff here is excellent and the outdoor space is a great place to spend the afternoon. They’ve really created something special here.
