Loved this house with lots of historic figures and furniture

This is a family and house steeped in history from the 19 century. Excellent tour guide and lovely piano solo too. Worth a visit if you like history and seeing homes from that era.

    I had the pleasure of visiting the House of Kaliopa and it was such a wonderful experience!
    Our tour guide was very interesting and knowledgeable and made the tour of the house even more enjoyable. The house itself was very interesting and it was amazing to see how well preserved it is. I would highly recommend others to visit the House of Kaliopa!

    Knowledgeable guide made this museum a hidden gem
    Fascinating little museum in an old house by the river. The house was previously the Prussian consulate and then owned by a merchant who was from here but had moved to Manchester
