Nice nature walk
If you want a nature walk, try this. Summer , winter, spring or fall you will enjoy walking, hiking or skiing this path. Lots of wildlife.

XC ski - Hiking trails without the crowds.
Just at the edge of Roscommon, the Tisdale Triangle is a series of trails that you can spend hours on and not be that far from town or a road. Good hiking trails for the summer/fall.
