A fun (and safe) way to see the rainforest!

This was such a fun experience for our family. The guides were kind and made us all feel safe. I was nervous about my kids (8, 10 and 12) but the team made us feel so safe and comfortable! What a beautiful way to enjoy the rainforest!

    Best employees, Incredible Fun!
I cannot emphasize how amazed I was with this company. First, the zipline was AMAZING. There were 11 in total and the instructors made sure we were safe but also having a lot of fun. They were all very friendly and humorous, adding a nice little touch to the entire trip (Jose was my favorite). I recommend adding transportation if you're unsure about driving there. The roads are narrow and steep. Second, after my zipline, I left $171 in the provided pouch by accident and had already been dropped off in San Juan when I realized the money was missing. So I called the manager, Melvin, who looked through all the pouches including the ones on other visitors at the time and found it. He called me back and arranged for the driver to deliver the cash to me at a nearby hotel where the driver would be to drop off other passengers. Melvin provided me with all the info I needed to get the cash back, and even after I got it back, he texted me to make sure it was in my possession. I was not expecting this level of effort, dedication, and honesty in getting my things returned to me and have been pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism this company exuded (not just in the zipline activity and safety, but also in making sure their customers are satisfied with every aspect of their interaction with the company itself). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JungleQui to anyone visiting Puerto Rico as they are a trustworthy company to zipline with.

lots of fun for all ages
We went ziplining here with a group of 10 people ranging in age from 6 to 69 years old and everyone had a great time; first time ziplining for most of us. The staff are very professional and fun, and I always felt safe.Bryan really went above and beyond to make sure our 6 year old was comfortable. Part of our trip it was pouring down buckets of rain but it was still fun and even kind of cool looking to go zipping in the rain. Many beautiful plants abound and we had a close encounter with a large iguana. I do not think this is the right trip for major adrenaline junkies, and those who had zipped before commented that other ziplines are faster/higher/longer. However this was exactly what we were looking for as a fun family adventure. There were about 25 people in our group which was pretty big and there were some periods of standing around, but nothing unreasonable, and the trip started right on time. Thanks to the fun and dedicated staff!!
