For the 2nd time fot closed doors. The problem is that the information is not on the raod, not on the parkingplace but at the villa itself. Maybe to make a better warning and info when it will be open again and exact when the openingtimes are.

For the time being closed
Unfortunately the villa was 'derzeit geschlossen' (April 2017). We were able however to walk around the site. There are a few small 'buildings' built around some mosaic floors. You could see the floors through the windows. Not very spectacular, especially when you've been to the Landesmuseum in Trier.

Visit
It was Closed right now not sure when it will open back up. Not sure if it will again. Looked abandoned. All buildings were empty
