Fascinating audio tour and items on display
During our stay at the castle, we toured the museum. We were told you can visit the museum in 45min, longer if you choose the audio tour which we did. We were so fascinated we spent a couple hours listening to the stories and history of the owners and enjoying seeing all the items on display as well as the beautiful views and rooms. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best castle!
We loved going here. They had a scavenger hunt for my kids, so they were enthralled with the entire trip. There are so many nooks and crannies and secret tunnels, hours of fun. The hike up from the train station on single track was beautiful.

First castle of the trip
I honestly don't know what to say other than this is well worth a stop. There are wonderful views of the Rhine River from the castle. The rooms are interesting, particularly the bedroom of the princess where a dress is laying over a chair; apparently teens in the 19th century didn't hang their clothes up either.
