Lovely place with kind ladies!

Thousands of charming cats give an overview of the cat's history in everyday life and in art. Come and spend an unforgettable afternoon in the realm of our beloved velvet paws. The current opening hours can be found on our homepage. It is also possible to visit the cat museum on other days by appointment with phone or e-mail. Here are a few remarks to prevent misunderstandings: Sorry, the available rooms are not accessible to disabled guests. There are several steps to cope with and the walkways are cramped. Therefore it is unfortunately not possible to visit the exhibition with a baby carriage too. And please do not bring any other animals into the exhibition with regard to the siamese ball lightning of the house. Thank you for your understanding ♥

Personal collection of cats in three rooms.
I don't like writing this review but this is not the main place to go in Ludwigshafen - far from it. So the thread of reviews needs some moderation The lady owner of the house is a lovely lady - but this is somebody who collects all things cats. It is a personal collection of three small rooms in a terrace house where the collector lives above. The entrance fees of £5 for an adult and £3 for a child make this an ingenious money making scheme to collect more cats. I was left scratching my head in a confused state for the 20 minutes we were in the house. What exactly is this place? Is this a cluttered house with ornaments like your grandmother's house in the late 80s? It undeniably is. Go if you collect cats, but for €1 a minute if you are anybody else please save your money.
