Amazing Visit for People of All Ages
This toy museum is unexpectedly tucked in along the highway from Xela to Reu. From the outside it might not look like much, but it is worth the stop. The collection of toys is outstanding and there are incredible showcases prepared in themes with action figures collected from all kids of movies, comics, and cartoons. It's worth the day trip from Xela or it can be combined into an overnight trip for a family that wants to visit Xocomil. Perfect stop if you are traveling along the coast or in the highlands with children.

Unexpected
It has two main areas were you pay separately. The first one is the toys museum. If you played with it when you were a kid it is probably displayed here. Could be cleaner but it is still very impressive. The second area is the dinosaur park. If you liked Jurassic Park you will really like this. It have live size animatronic dinosaurs, an area for kids to play and a bone digging area. Definitely a must see if you are in the area. Total visit time 1-2 hours
