Great fishing, great instruction and fun conversation...what a day!
We had a fantastic day of trout fly fishing with Jeff. My son is relatively new to the sport and Jeff was very helpful. We caught around 40 rainbow, including 7-8 in the 15-20 inch range. Jeff keeps things simple and did a great job putting us on fish in all types of water. A fantastic roast pork and sausage lunch with all the fixings was provided by Jeff as well. We had great conversation the entire day. We will definitely be using this guide service on other rivers in Kentucky and Tennessee. Thanks for a great day Jeff! Don & Cullin

First drift boat trip down Hiwassee and it was awesome!
My wife, myself and another couple booked a float trip with Southeastern Anglers. The water levels were very high but Bill and Jeff put both boats on fish. My wife and our friends caught their first trout on flies and I was able to land a trophy spotted bass as a bonus with several more trout. The shore that these guys provided was second to none and the tips they gave us about the Hiwassee were priceless. We were able to catch rainbows, browns, spotted and smallmouth bass. We will definitely be booking with Southeastern Anglers again! Awesome guides and an awesome fishery!

2 days on the Cumberland river
I highly recommend Southeastern Anglers and especially Bill Stranahan. We had 2 fantastic days fly fishing. Bill is a wonderful guide and even though I am a novice fly fisherman he help me catch some wonderful trout. They serve fantastic lunches and make every trip memorable.
