This is truly a beautiful theatre. The program was fabulous. I've been here twice and both times thoroughly enjoyed myself. The balcony seating is so plush...red and gold ceilings just makes the whole experience!

    Beautiful building
    Set in a beautiful plaza, this is a most impressive building. There are a lot of lovely cafes and bars around the square.

    Well worth a visit
    This is a hidden gem , literally ! Nestled it the middle of other buildings it is a superb example of Roman architecture . It has been very well excavated and restored to give you a fantastic insight in to how it was . The museums exhibition is very well laid out and tells the story of both the excavations and the history of the theatre . Some nice souvenirs in the gift shop , and a little cafe to rest your feet and have a coffee after your tour. Great for adults & children .
