Great place for a holiday, all the year round
Los Alcapzares is a town on the north bank of the Mar Menor.it is very busy during the tourist season, but it is also heavily populated outside that season. On top of the tourism, the town is very well supplied with golf facilities, and acquatic opportunities; plus, at the north end there is a bed of black mud, which visitors smear all over their bodies, to obtain the claimed health benefits. The town is very well supplied with restaurants, including those of a wide variety of national dishes from many parts of the world. Los Alcazares is easy to access from all over Europe - by air, via Alicante, by train, and very easily down the Mediterranean coast motorway (which has excellent links to wonderful and historical cities such as Barcelona and Valencia.
