a strange design

we drove in past eroski in aguilas, under the bridge, and just before the beach i saw this weird building. it stuck out like a sore thumb as it didnt blend in with the surroundings at all. I have seen some architectoral cockups before, but this is one of the worse, i bet the council paid a few euros on the build to, i bet he ratepayers are impressed.!!!!
