Ocean Rafting- you are the Best!!
What an awesome experience. Smooth sailing from the time of booking til the arrival back at the Marina Tom the driver was courteous and numerous and set the tone for the rest of the day. Taylor and Jess were amazing on the raft and at our stops to snorkel. The lunch on Whitehaven Beach was great. The walk to the lookout was . worth the trek and the views were breath taking. The trip back from the reef was entertaining with crew and passengers singing along the the music. I highly recommend Ocean Rafting if you looking for a fun day out. Thanks Tom, Taylor and Jess for a fun filled day. . You are a credit to your company.

So much fun!
We were having a very chilled holiday in the Whitsundays, but felt we needed to mix it up with a fast and fun day trip. And did OceanRafting deliver! From the pickup at DayDream, to our return, we were treated to a mix of fun speed over the waves, great and varied snorkeling (so pleased to see such diversity of coral and sea life), history and nature information, lots of laughs, a walk to stretch our legs to epic views and a tasty and healthy lunch. No ask was too great for the vibrant Charlotte and hilarious Taylor. I felt safe in the hands of Tay’s driving/boating skills which he executed with a great sense of fun and adventure (on a particularly rough day!) Charlotte was a fountain of information and managed to be attentive, flexible, efficient, relaxed, funny but always in control which gave me a great sense of safety. A dream team!

Great trip with Keith & Luke
We did our research and found this overall enjoyable. The boat ride as by far the best part as it goes fast (take sea sickness tablets in advance) and makes multiple turns which is almost a thrill ride in itself. We took the Southern Lights tour and found it had reasonably decent beach time although the north side where the Hill Inlet is was far nicer than the Southern side. Luke was informative throughout and Keith made sure folks were looked after. Be prepared the Hill Inlet is around an hour walk round trip (not 15 mins as they’ll tell you). The snorkelling spot was nice - it seemed you could see fish species at the start of their life near the reef. Stinger suits are available for additional hire and they had noodles and life jackets for those that wanted up to 3XL for stinger suits and XL for life jackets. Food we brought our own as we found that the vegetarian choices were limited. This and the fact you have to pay $16pp extra and there isn’t an all inclusive rate is why we give this 4/5. The day is run well and we had a lovely trip overall and would recommend Ocean Rafting (a cherry size bonus is that it stops right by the beaches rather than having to tender in a small boat from a larger cruise ship) this was another reason we quite enjoyed this. One recommendation we’d have is what we saw in cairns is giving a safety number to each passenger and ensuring they are on the boat when leaving and getting folks to sign off they have boarded / the focus here seemed more to settle any cash amounts for any additional drinks etc for their paperwork which is fine but just a tip on how they could lift their game. Overall, it’s an excellent trip and we would rank them above some of other options we considered.
