Fantastic day with Eduardo!
We were a small group, my family of 7 plus one other couple from our ship. We had a van that just fit us. We had no idea what to expect but Eduardo customized our tour according to our interests and we were able to do so much! We did the canal cruise first thing and were able to see so much wildlife up close. Then we went to the Bribri chocolate tour which we thoroughly enjoyed and finally he took us to a nature reserve with a gorgeous beach. We were able to spend a few minutes wading in the beautiful warm water there. We asked for a restaurant recommendation (we were getting tired of cruise ship food) and he recommended the Park Hotel in Limon and it was very good. We had such a wonderful time!

Great Informative & Fun Tour - With the personal touch
We took a tour with Eduardo whilst we were docked in Puerto Limon Costa Rica. This was an amazing tour, Eduardo and his driver were great fun, and we learnt a lot about this beautiful place. We were driven around seeing the sights, we had an amazing Canal Tour, and were very fortunate to actually see a Swimming Sloath ( which is most unusual), we saw another sloath in the trees, and Spider monkeys. It was fun on the Canal Tour trying to look out for different birds & animals. We were then taken to his home where we met his beautiful wife and given a cold drink and fruits from his garden. We were then taken to a local restaurant and had a great choice of local foods which were delicious. After lunch we were taken back to the ship in good time, after an incredible tour. Eduardo is good energy of Kosta Rica
A group of four chose Eduardo as their guide because his excellent reviews. We didnt make a mistake. Eduardo je full of good energy, source of interesting information, he is dinamic and witty. We met him and driver in the port and we went to the places we chose. If I would planing excursion now, I would omit Tortuguero Canals and spend more time in Cahuita National Park. But, Fruit Stand, a visiting Eduardos acquaintances and an opportunity to see how a common man lives in Costa Rica, seeing plants in the yard and wildlife, visiting a local supermarket, going to a restaurant above Limon and having a panoramic view of the city and port are invaluable experiences. Of course, all of this seasoned with Eduard's cordiality and temperament. Big man, and nice country !
